Supporting parenting care/childcare facilities in markets to reduce unpaid care work for vulnerable businesswomen in Uganda
COVID-19 has heightened the need for childcare centers, as the pandemic has increased the burden of unpaid care, especially for the most marginalized women. Research will test affordable childcare models that work for Ugandan women traders operating in unstructured markets to see how care facilities may increase their productivity and income.
